For this stately townhouse on Philadelphia’s famous Delancey Street our designers were tasked with creating a second floor great room kitchen along with a first floor butlers pantry and powder room. The homeowners loved contemporary style, but wanted a classic kitchen that would be best for resale value. We used beautiful quartzite counters and a modern walnut island with our warm white shaker cabinets to combine contemporary and traditonal styles. A new fireplace mantel, television built-ins, and tall wine refrigerator were also included.

Downstairs in the butlers pantry and powder room our clients let us get a bit more creative. These rooms are used only for entertaining, so we wanted to wow guests with special materials and hardware. Although the pantry is small, we fit a wine fridge, an undercounted fridge/freezer (paneled), a sink, and plenty of storage for libations and glassware. Our project management team oversaw multiple contractors, installers, and tradespeople to complete this projection schedule.
